Studying in a new country can be daunting, but here at UWE Bristol we have everything in place to help you settle into life in the UK.
Coinciding with your course induction and registration activities, Student Orientation will provide you with key information about the University, the city of Bristol, and life in the UK. It is also a wonderful way to learn about activities and events, join societies and clubs, and make new friends from all over the world.
Find out more about our International Student Orientation sessions.
As well as information points and advisers on campus, our international community has access to a Global Student Support team who offer guidance, organise events, and promote cultural and exchange activities. There are also a number of Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Leaders who are current UWE Bristol students and can help you settle in at the University.
Faiths and spiritualities are well catered for with dedicated space for prayer and reflection, pastoral support and guidance, and opportunities to meet like-minded people within UWE Bristol. Find out more about faith and spirituality at UWE Bristol.
Support is also available through our student networks at The Students’ Union at UWE.
A great way to connect with fellow UWE Bristol students, both before and during your time here, is through our social media pages. Our Facebook page is a good place to start.
